UNICEF is one of the implementing Agencies of the UN-EU BelMed Project, financed by the European Union, which works on prevention of non-communicable diseases, promotion of healthy lifestyles and support to modernisation of the national health care system.

Government of the Russian Federation

With financial support from the Russian Federation, UNICEF is implementing a project focused on prevention of child injuries in Belarus through training for healthcare, education, internal affairs and emergency professionals, as well as education for children and adolescents on safe behaviour.

Polish aid

Supported by Polish aid, UNICEF works on creating enabling environment for social inclusion and empowerment of children and young people with special needs and disabilities and adolescents practicing risky behavior to participate in decision making concerning their health and development.
